Product Introduction

It is also called porcelain imitation tableware, which is made by heating and pressing the powdered amine resin.

The monomers are formaldehyde and melamine. The reaction is carried out with 37% aqueous formaldehyde solution, and the molar ratio of two monomers, formaldehyde and melamine, is 2~3.

Mixture powder is made of melamine formaldehyde resin with cellulose as the raw material, adding pigments and other additives, and it is a thermosetting raw material because it is a three-dimensional mesh structure. (The waste side cannot be produced back to the furnace).

Wrong Use And Precautions

Wrong use :

Hot oil high temperature.

Repeated heating, accelerating the aging of melamine plate.

Put vinegar or acidic liquid, accelerate the precipitation of harmful substances.

 Attention：

The life span of amine tableware is 2 to 3 years.

When washing melamine plate, it is best to use soft cleaning tools. Steel wire balls can destroy the structure of the surface of the tableware and accelerate the release of harmful substances in the plate.
